After quoting many companies, our first project with Shakespeare had them replacing all the windows in our two-story home with maintenance-free, very energy efficient windows with a lifetime warranty. Shakespeare has honored this warranty in two instances of seal leakage on a window that was due to a minor problem at the window manufacturer. For our other project with them, Shakespeare removed all our front porch posts because they all had serious “wood rot” problems, and replaced them with custom length, maintenance-free porch posts in a beautiful colonial design that will never rot again.
In both projects, Shakespeare provided knowledgeable assistance with design and product choices in addition to their quality workmanship, control of project timing and competitive pricing. Starting with Brian Thomas and the office staff of Crystal and Vickie, everyone at Shakespeare Home Improvement Co is very personable, courteous and professional, paying particular attention on the job to protecting the condition of our home as they completed our projects.
