For our customers in East Hempfield Township, we replaced their old, one level deck with a bi-level deck. A small set of steps with handrail connects the two levels. The lower level deck has an opening into the backyard, where a step of stairs leads down into the lower portion of the backyard.
The upper deck measures 20′ x 23′ and the lower deck is 12′ x 23′. A gable roof structure covers the upper portion of the deck. Installed in the upper deck area are ceiling fans and sunshades.
Both the upper and lower deck have railing around the sides. Trex Select composite decking material covers the decks and steps.
